Interior design only = design and plans. Turnkey = design + PURCHASE + FABRICATION + INSTALLATION. With turnkey we handle EVERYTHING. You just give feedback.
Yes. Includes stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher. You can choose between budget, mid-range, or premium brands within your budget.
Before you arrive we do a video walkthrough. If something doesn't match the proposal, we fix it. Small changes afterward are free. Large changes depend on the case.
Budget is LOCKED in the proposal. If you want changes, we document as 'change order' and you approve first. We've had <2% cost overruns in 10 years.
